Had a special guest training with me at the gym today Blake.

His accomplishments speak for themselves: A-10 Baseball Player of the Year, Buster Posey Award finalist, and a future MLB star with an incredibly bright future ahead of him. The dedication, work ethic, and commitment it takes to reach that level are truly impressive.

But what made today even more special is that he’s family.

It’s always great to see family succeeding at the highest levels while staying humble and continuing to put in the work. Proud of everything Blake has accomplished and excited to watch the next chapter of his baseball journey unfold.

The future is bright, and the work never stops.

55 POUNDS DOWN. A MARATHON COMPLETED. ZERO EXCUSES.

In April, Zach started the Fitness Werqs End Game Program at 270 pounds.

Today, he’s 215 pounds.

That’s 55 pounds gone through relentless effort, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to the process.

But the scale only tells part of the story.

During this transformation, Zach also accomplished something most people never will he completed a marathon.

While dropping weight, dialing in his nutrition, and grinding through tough training sessions, he pushed himself to cover and prove just how much his body and mind had changed.

No shortcuts. No magic pills. No excuses.

Just hard work, consistency, sacrifice, and the willingness to keep showing up when things got difficult.

Most people talk about changing their lives. Zach went out and did it.

From 270 pounds to 215 pounds.

55 pounds lost.

A marathon completed.

A stronger body. A tougher mindset. A completely different level of confidence.

I’m incredibly proud of the work Zach has put in, but we’re not finished yet. This is what happens when you commit to the process and refuse to quit.

The results speak for themselves.

END GAME RESULTS. END GAME MINDSET.

12 Weeks. No Shortcuts. No Excuses.

From 232 lbs to 194 lbs in just 12 weeks.

The goal wasn’t simply to lose weight—it was to lose body fat while maintaining strength, muscle, performance, and energy levels.

âś… Consistent calorie deficit
âś… High-protein nutrition plan
âś… Structured strength training
âś… Daily discipline and accountability
âś… No gimmicks, no crash diets

By prioritizing a protein surplus while maintaining a controlled calorie deficit, I was able to preserve muscle mass, keep my strength numbers high, and stay energized throughout the process.

Results:
• 38 pounds lost
• Significant reduction in body fat
• Improved muscle definition and conditioning
• Strength maintained throughout the cut
• Better overall health, recovery, and performance

This transformation wasn’t built on motivation—it was built on consistency. The workouts, meals, and habits added up day after day.

Over the past six months, Lucas has dedicated himself to getting stronger, faster, and more explosive. His commitment in the weight room and during training sessions is paying off, and it’s showing every time he steps onto the baseball field.

From increased strength and speed to improved athleticism and confidence, Lucas continues to raise the bar and prove that hard work delivers results.

Over the last six months, Jake, Leighton, and Nash have put in the work day after day, showing up with great attitudes and a commitment to getting better.

Their strength has increased, their conditioning has improved, and their overall athleticism has reached another level. More importantly, all of that hard work in the gym has carried over to the field, where their speed, power, endurance, and confidence have been on full display.

Success doesn’t happen by accident—it comes from consistency, effort, and trusting the process. These three have done exactly that, and the results speak for themselves.

Keep pushing, keep growing, and keep raising the standard. The best is still ahead!

So proud of Lydia for representing Fitness Werqs down in Houston for her very first competition. Finishing 91st out of over 500 competitors is an incredible performance — especially with less than five weeks of training to prepare.

She trusted the process, showed up every day, and pushed through every tough session. To step on that stage for the first time and place in the top 100 against a stacked field says everything about her work ethic and determination.

This is just the beginning. Houston was the first… many more to come.

Proud of you, Lydia. Way to represent Fitness Werqs. 💪🔥
