⏰ 100 MINUTES CHALLENGE⏰
▪️FINAL WEEK ‼️
🚶🏽♀️We challenged our members to do 100 minutes of cardio each week outside of our regular training!
🏃♀️Clients did activities like: walking, hiking, biking, pickleball, and swimming
🎟️ Anyone who hit 100 minutes got a raffle ticket each week of March for a chance to win our grand prize!
