A good day in Watertown, CT at the INBA New England with a win in the Open bodybuilding and masters. Small show. I went with the goal of winning a pro card to qualify for the INBA Natural Olympia in Las Vegas, so mission was accomplished and the ten hour road trip was worth it. This was my third show in nine weeks and I feel I was at my best at this show. Time to enjoy summer now. BTW, the belt was just on display, not an award for the show. I came home with medals and three swords.

Two weeks ago at the NGA Natural Mr Philadelphia competition. Took 3rd in Open lightweights and won by default the Over 60, 50 and 40 as I was the only one in those classes. I'm 63 and not many drug-free guys compete in their 50s and 60s. However, the annual PNBA Natural Olympia in Las Vegas has an Over 60 division that is phenomenal consisting of the top Over 60 guys from America and other countries. If I would qualify for that, maybe I'd give it a shot.

My new OCB masters pro card. I can now compete in OCB natural bodybuilding masters pro events. The pro masters division is age 40+. I'm 63, so it will be a big challenge that's for sure. Need to make some improvements before I take a shot at that. In the meantime, I have three bodybuilding contests lined up over the next couple months in a few other organizations.
