We are no longer holding kids classes on Friday nights.

They will now be held Saturday mornings from 9:15 to 10am starting 4/6/25

Coach Maddy has decided to start women’s only self defense class at Next Level on Sunday afternoons!!

High School Wrestling Season is over! We will resume with our regular schedule including Kids classes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 5:30 pm. Hope to see you all again very soon!!

Shout Out to Wrestling Dukes of Marlington High School for an Outstanding showing at the EOWL!! We look forward to supporting them at the one and only Alliance Top Gun Tournament this coming weekend!!!
