If you have a CCW license issued under George Maier, your license it technically invalid. The Sheriff's Office is in the process of re-issuing licenses to those individuals. However, you will not be penalized and you may still carry in the interim. In fact, you don't need to do anything as they will be mailing out new licenses over the next month or so. The only reason you would have to take any action at all is if your address has changed. You will have to contact the Sheriff's Office with an updated mailing address. Please be patient with the Sheriff's Office. It is not their fault that this is happening and they are overwhelmed with the additional work that has been put on their office.
