Governor DeWine signed the Bill this week to add stand your ground to the ccw self defense law. You will no longer have to prove that you tried to retreat before defending your self.

CCW classes are over for this year. Weather makes it too hard to shoot outside. We should resume late March or early April.

Everyone needs to check out what Biden proposes to do with gun control. He is going to use executive order to force owners of rifles, pistols, and shotguns with detachable magazines to sell them on a government buy back. Those that don’t will need to register each and buy an ATF stamp for each at $200. He is also going to outlaw online ammunition, parts, and accessories sales.

This doesn’t affect the wealthy because they can just dole out cash. It does affect the middle and lower economic people who want a semi-automatic pistol or rifle for protection. Anyone who has collected guns over their lives or inherited guns will have to pay what could be an impossible burden to have their second amendment rights. The penalty is up to 10 years in prison and $10000.00 fine

I watched a Cleveland 19 news story about ccw. Licenses are delayed because of staffing cutbacks at sheriff’s departments. Best go to walk in like Stark County if you reside in stark or adjoining counties. Those requiring an appointment are at least 90 days out. Some out to February.

The specifically said that it is legal to carry your gun and wear a mask.
