❄️ Weekend Update & Hours ❄️

We will be open this weekend for ice fishing bait and propane fills at normal pricing (Our propane sale got moved to next weekend, February 7th & 8th).

🕙 Hours for this weekend:
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

👉 Moving forward, our weekend hours will remain 10A–2P until ice-off, when the walleye run begins in the rivers.

As we get closer to late February into early March, keep an eye on our page — hours will be changing around that time.

Propane Sale Update:

Hi everyone! With the weather we are expecting this weekend we are going to postpone the propane sale. We apologize as we know many of you were looking forward to it. However, we do not feel it is right to have our team outside for hours on end with the temperatures we expect. Another factor is that the equipment we have to fill tanks tends experience challenges when we fill for long periods of time in the very cold weather.

If you do need propane we will still fill tanks this weekend, but we are going to postpone the sale until the temperatures improve.

Sorry again for the late notice, we wanted to see if the weather would improve before postponing.

Later today we will post our hours for this weekend and what they will be moving forward for February.

Propane sale this weekend (weather dependent)!

Hi everyone! We are looking at doing a propane sale this weekend and will be opening up on the weekends (as long as weather permits) moving forward.

We will post the flyer for the sale ASAP but we will have 100 # on sale as well as 20 # grill size tanks!

An huge muskie caught by Pittsburgh angler Nicholas Colangelo. The the fish was 53 inch and was caught at the Pymatuning Reservoir.

Good morning everyone! With the weather we experienced last night and into this morning, we are not going to open today for the propane sale. We do not want our associates to have to travel in these conditions.

We will open next Saturday 9-1 as a make up day and offer the propane sale. This will be the last day we will be open until mid January or early February.

It’s going to be 78° and sunny, perfect fishing weather!

🐟 Crappie are being caught all over, with the bigger ones near Greenbower. The 14 Bridge and 224 Bridge at Berlin have been good too. The railroad bridge at Berlin has also been a good spot to catch them.

Catfish have been biting by the 14 Bridge, Price Street, and Greenbower.

We will have all live bait in stock, so stop by Tall Tales Bait & Tackle before you head out!
