We wrapped our winter training tonight, the girls are ready for high school tryouts. Thank you to Jake summers and summers sports for allowing us to practice at the best facility in Ohio.

Tonight at practice, we stepped away from the field and focused on our mental part of the game. Summer Montabone joined our team at practice and discussed the mindset of and athlete and softball player. Each girl received The softball mindset gratitude journal. They learned the importance of taking 6 minutes a day to focus on you. It was a good time and the girls really liked it. Thank you again Summer.
