Our amazing coaches and hardworking volunteers are using this week to deliver a major face-lift to the parkour academy. Additionally, when we reopen on January 2nd, our class schedule will be different, so make sure you double-check when your class begins!

The December Women's Workshop is this weekend!
Join Coach Melissa at the Lehigh Valley Parkour Academy this Sunday from 10:00am-12:00pm for a workshop designed for both beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

Cost is $10.

If you've ever been interested in coaching parkour, now's the time to learn the necessary skills! The Lehigh Valley Parkour Academy will be hosting an ADAPT Level 1 Coaching Certification course in January 2022!
Not only does this course teach coaching and group management skills, but it also delves into the origins of parkour, principles of movement, strength and conditioning, and the spirit of parkour.
The course will run from 9am - 5pm on January 15th, 16th, and 17th. Be sure that you can attend all three days!
Participants must be at least 16 years old or turn 16 sometime in 2022. At least 6 months of parkour experience is recommended.
