Mobility & Stability 🌟
Our body requires both for optimal movement function but each joint is assigned one or the other and alternates up the body. If a joint that is suppose to be mobile becomes stiff the body tries to gain that mobility from a joint that is suppose to be stable which leads to the body compensating then to movement dysfunction and pain. .
✨Our thoracic spine is meant to be mobile if it becomes stiff we try to gain that mobility from somewhere else which can lead to hip issues, shoulder pain and low back pain.
✨Give these thoracic mobility exercises a try ✨

✨Time for Reflection ✨

Sometimes specific goals we made at the beginning of the year don’t happen. And that is ok. But it is important to look back at all the good things and all the other wins you had throughout the year. Instead of being stuck on one big thing, look at all the little things that got you one step closer. And even if your goals didn’t happen in 1 year you still paved a way to be successful in the future. So don’t give up, keep striving for better, for progress and for yourself.
So what were your 2025 wins?

Why a maintance phase is a must after losing weight 🧠⚖️

Everyone is so focused on losing weight they skip the most importance part that makes the weight loss stick!

Are you someone who has lost weight before and then gains it back? A victim to yo-yo dieting where you go into a deficit, drop weight and then after achieving that seem to never be able to keep it off so you go into a deficit again and the weight just keeps jumping back and forth?
🗝️A maintenance phase is the missing key to your success

💡 Your body is used to providing energy for a specific weight, after weight loss the body isn’t used to this new weight yet and wants to keep fueling the previous weight. A maintance phase is a must to help your body adjust.

Prioritize a maintenance phase in your weight loss journey to ensure your success in keeping the weight off 🎉

Think of something you do every day without fault. That something is a habit you’ve created for yourself. You do it without hesitation it’s just become part of your routine. But it probably wasn’t always and it took some time to establish these habits even though now they are just normal to you.
The biggest issue people run into when starting to work out, eat healthy, mediate anything to better their life style is they go too big too fast and it just doesn’t stick. To make these things part of your lifestyle you must work on building habits, making things like exercise part of your routine.
Follow these simple tips to help you live a healthier lifestyle, for life 🌟
1️⃣ Start Small
Yes your overall goal might be to eat healthy, exercise regular, sleep 8 hours and do all the things a super healthy fit person does. But doesn’t even just reading that sound overwhelming? Pick one small thing you’d like to either add or get rid of in your daily routine and stick with that. Once that is established you can move to another small change. Small changes lead to bigger changes.
2️⃣Make it Easy
If you only have healthy food in your house you’re less likely to eat crap. If you prep your meals or have healthy snack options ready in your fridge your more likely to grab those to eat them go for something bad. Go to the gym on your way home from work or leave gym clothes out for the morning. You want to make these things that will help you be successful readily assessable so you chose those over something else.
3️⃣ Partner It
This is what thinking of a habit you already do every day may help you create a new habit. For example when you wake up you may immediately use the bathroom or brush your teeth. Let’s say you want to drink more water, partner the habit of using the bathroom with drinking a glass of water afterwards.
4️⃣Habit Trackers
Visuals help keep you accountable. You can simply check a day on a calendar once you’ve done the habit or use something like marbles or penny’s in a jar.
