This is for all the people who told me they would rather have a private room. Since there was a limited number in my original townhouse, I decided to add these on for you. I always want to try to accommodate what you yogis are looking for!

This townhouse is conveniently close to the main townhouse, so while you will have an ENTIRE place to yourselves, you'll never be separated from the retreat experience!

This house also is waterfront, has a pool, and a full kitchen, living room, and balcony.

Please DM me if you're interested! These will be GONE by 9PM tonight.

Next retreat, don't worry. I'll make sure to include an abundance of both private and shared rooms to make it a smoother process. In the meantime, this is our best option, so I appreciate your support and patience. Let's get ready for August and Awaken the Senses together!

In case you didn't hear, I am officially moving out of PA on December 8.

This was NOT an easy decision to make. The relationships I've built around here are irreplaceable. You have been here from the very beginning of my yoga journey - seeing my growth from only working at one studio to growing into multiple - and now seeing what I've been able to do the last three years on my own. It's incredible to have such community support. I want you to know I have never taken it for granted!

Although I will have my last few classes at various studios the week prior to the 8th, I want to host a final class where everyone who has ever worked with me can come - regardless of what memberships you have elsewhere.

See the link below to join my 'last class bash' where we'll enjoy some vinyasa, some yin, some food, and some drinks. Bring anything you'd like to snack on or sip (BYOB if you want!). I want this to be a celebration of all our time together, whether it was on a weekly basis or just once in awhile. You've all been so special to me!

I can't wait to have a final yoga class with everyone. See you there!

Can't believe I'm already saying this, but the rooms are ALMOST sold out!

ALL of the bedrooms with a Queen bed have been taken.
ALL bunk beds on the main floor have been taken.

What's left for you to enjoy is...

King Bed - features a comfortable king-sized bed with a ceiling fan, wall-to-wall wood paneling, window and built-in night tables. You will have access to two full bathrooms within six feet across the hall. It is located on the main level. Sleeps 1 or 2 people!

3 Bunk Beds on lower level - features four single beds, nightstand and a large built-in storage shelving system. Easy access to two full bathrooms within ten feet of entrance. Sleeps 4 people.

If you've been going back and forth, seize the chance now before it's too late!

Yogis - it's time to announce my last retreat of the year! HEART & SOUL RESTORATION in Upstate New York!

It's going to be Fall before we know it. Rather than resist it, let's embrace it together!

From Nov. 2 to Nov. 4, get cozy in this breathtaking chalet in Hunter, New York.

7 Bedrooms... 4 Full Bathrooms... 3 Living Rooms... Hot Tub...
You'll have plenty of space to unwind and lose yourself in the surrounding wildnerness.

We'll experience group acupuncture, enjoy a feast that everybody will take part in, and of course, enjoy yoga!

This is truly meant for any and all levels - the yoga we will practice will be more relaxing and low-impact. Think of a slow flow vinyasa, yoga nidra, and yin yoga. I want this to be a refuge for you!

About Sarah Shea
Sarah Shea began her yoga journey in 2018 as a student, and ever since then has fallen deeper in love with the practice. Her mission is to share the true wonders of yoga with as many people as she can. After completing a month-long course in Mysore, India to receive her 500-hour YTT certificate, she vowed to teach her classes for all levels of athleticism and flexibility, offering modifications and alternatives to accommodate every type of body.
