A quick update that Zumba classes are available through GVSU Recreation and Wellness team. This is open to the community for $8 per class.

Zumba classes in Allendale!!!!!

This class will incorporate upbeat dance using Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. It's a full body aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity.
