Another Tru-Challenge in the books for CFTR crew!

Big congratulations to all our athletes who stepped up, pushed their limits, and put it all out there, specially those who competed for the first time! Whether it was on the podium or battling through every rep, you represented CFTR the right way!

Today marks 16 years as a CrossFit affiliate.

For 16 years, people have walked through our doors looking to get stronger, healthier, and more confident. Along the way, friendships were built, goals were achieved, PRs were hit, skills were unlocked, and countless lives were changed through hard work and consistency.

Five years ago, we made the move from Paramus to Allendale. Looking back, it’s clear that the gym was never about the address. It’s always been about the people who show up every day and make this community what it is.

Thank you to every member, past and present, who has been part of this journey. This gym exists because of you and the effort you’ve put in over the years.

We are proud of what we’ve built together and grateful to celebrate this milestone with all of you. Here’s to 16 years of showing up, putting in the work, and making CrossFit The Rack what it is today.

Shoutout to on completing his first Ironman 70.3 in Western Massachusetts.

Months of training, consistency, and hard work led to this finish line. Completing an Ironman is a challenge that many start and not everyone finishes, making this a significant accomplishment.

Scott earned every mile of it, and we’re proud to have him representing CFTR. Congratulations on an outstanding achievement.

Save the date. Meters for Mike is back.

Join us on Friday, June 5th for our 5th Annual Meters for Mike Rowing Fundraiser presented by the MLF Foundation.

From 5:30am-6:30pm, participants will row as many meters as possible in support of prostate cancer research, local cancer organizations, and hospice care facilities.

• Individual prizes awarded for the top male and female finishers
• Team prize awarded to the gym with the highest combined meters rowed

Another Tru-Challenge in the books and another podium finish for all CFTR athletes.

2 🥇 finishes + 1 🥉 and a whole lot of grit from this crew. Proud of all the athletes who stepped on the floor for these tough workouts and powered through for their team.

Shoutout to for another awesome comp, always a good time. We’ll be back in the fall 💪🏻
