Congratulations to Meg Rourke who represented Northern Highlands at the State Meet of Champions this weekend. Meg finished 6th in the 50 free and 4th in the 100 free. Meg broke the school record in the 100 Free with a time of 51.56. Thank you for a great 4 years...this was quite the finish to a successful high school career ❤️🖤

Today is the big day…Pastamania 2023 ❤️🖤. We are so excited we are finally able to host this amazing event tonight. There is so much excitement in the air tonight as we have many special gift baskets to raffle off, several basketball games, wrestling matches AND a state ring ceremony, highlands voices, delicious pasta dinner PLUS one of our athletes getting closer to a huge milestone! Tickets are available at the door. You don’t want to miss all the Highlands excitement tonight!!

⭐️AMAZING Meet for our very talented Swim team. On Sunday the team competed in the Bergen County Meet of Champions. The girls tied for 2nd place and the boys finished 4th. The girls set two tournament marks in the 200 and 400 freestyle relays.
Meghan Rourke had an exceptional meet placing first in 4 events. Congratulations to all⭐️

⭐️NH Boys Basketball wins All Groups Holiday tournament in Cresskill.
NH defeated Cresskill 56-38 in what proved to be a team effort! Leading by 3 at halftime, each member of the team contributed to pull out a big win. NH is off to a great start this season with a
5-1 record. Keep up the good work boys⭐️

Last week Northern Highlands Sports Association honored our Fall All County recipients. We had 9 Field Hockey, 4 Football, 2 Girls Soccer, 8 Cross Country and 3 Tennis recipients. We also honored 5 football players who received All State honors. Amazing season and great honors for all our teams!! Go Highlands ❤️🖤
