How much do we really need for yoga?
Perhaps… less than we think.

Yoga, in its simplest form, is making ourselves ready to be present.

We don’t need an abundance of props.
Just simple, intentional tools, enough to support us in the places where we need it most.

So today, begin with what is already within reach.

A mat.
A breath.
And yourself.
