TXP is proud to welcome Aaron Cleaver to the coaching staff!

Aaron graduated from Muskingum University in Ohio where he was born and raised. He graduated with a degree in Physical Education with a focus in coaching. Aaron played four years for the Muskingum baseball team where he played mostly infield, focusing on shortstop and second. Following his time at Muskingum, he went on to coach freshman baseball at Nordonia High School before relocating to Texas in 2000. His coaching experience includes three years of Summer Varsity baseball for Vandalia Butler High School, Assistant Varsity Basketball coach for Meadowbrook High School during his time in college.

In addition, he has over 15 years of coaching experience in youth sports including basketball, baseball, softball and football. He is currently the Director for the Rowlett Parks and Recreation Department where he has been employed for 11 years but also has over 20 years of experience in Parks and Recreation. He currently resides in Quinlan with his wife of 10 years, Twana and has two kids, Matthew and Madison. Aaron is thrilled to be back on the field coaching helping young athletes achieve their goals and teaching them the great game of softball.
