Pilates was always about control. EMS adds another layer to it.
Pilates works because of precision: slow, controlled movement that asks your deep core and stabilizing muscles to hold steady while you move. Those are also some of the hardest muscles to engage fully, even with perfect form.
That's where EMS comes in. While you move through each position, the suit adds a gentle impulse to the muscles you're already using. You still set the pace, the breath and the form. The impulse helps more of the muscle take part, including the deeper fibers that are easy to under-recruit.
The movements stay familiar, and every hold asks a little more of you. Your coach guides each session and adjusts the intensity to you, whether you're new to Pilates or have practiced for years.
Same principles. Deeper engagement.
