One verse that we can hold tight to as moms that reminds us of Peter’s promise at Pentecost is this: “For the promise is for you and for your children and for all who are far off, everyone whom the Lord our God calls to himself.” (Acts 2:39)

So, what’s this universal promise for us, our children, and those who feel far from God? Read Acts 2:36-38, and you’ll discover the spoiler – it’s the Gospel! I remember a time when I struggled to cultivate meaningful friendships. Caught up in the daily grind, it wasn’t until my husband encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone that I realized the value of genuine connections.

Taking a leap of faith, I joined a local exercise class and found a tribe of incredible friends who have become my lifeline ever since.
