❇️ Thrive 55+: Joint-friendly, coach-led group training designed to help adults 55+ build strength, balance, and confidence safely.
- This Program Is a Great Fit If You:
• Are 55 or older
• Want to stay active without high-impact or heavy barbell lifting
• Experience joint stiffness or previous injuries
• Are new to strength training or returning after time off
• Want to improve balance, stability, and mobility
• Value coaching and a supportive group environment
❇️ Now & Forever Athletes (12–17):
Small group athletic training that teaches young athletes how to lift, move, and develop strength the right way.
- This Program Is a Great Fit If the Athlete:
• Is between 12–17 years old
• Wants to get stronger, faster, or more explosive for their sport
• Has little to moderate experience with structured strength training
• Needs to learn proper technique and movement fundamentals
• Trains better with coaching and accountability
