Friday night recap!

Car is back to what it should be! Started 5th in the heat and finished 4th. Rolled out 10th in the feature and was battling for 5th when a car decided it was easier to just use the bumper than to pass. Couldn't get the rear back under the car allowing a conga line to pass. Ended up 11th but we have a great car again!

We had all intentions of racing tonight but the bad luck struck! The new fuel cell is leaking so we will get that replaced and be out for next weekend!

Well unfortunately we are still chasing fuel issues. Car was stumbling in qualifying and leaned out in the heat race. On the plus side the car was loaded in one piece! Going through the whole fuel system now and hopefully have everything ready for next weekend!!

Starfleet Command has designated this Friday’s mission as one of the premier events of the season.

We proudly present the Pete Workman Memorial, a night dedicated to honoring the legacy of a racer, friend, and member of our racing family.

Mission Objectives:
🏁 Street Stock Special — $2,000 TO WIN
🏁 Our Visiting Class Pro Stock Special — $1,200 TO WIN

The competition is expected to be fierce as crews from across the sector arrive to battle for victory and honor Pete’s memory. If there was ever a Friday night to be at Winston Speedway, this is it.

The Admiral has confirmed the dilithium crystals are charged, the warp engines are online, and the clay has been prepared for maximum traction. All that’s left is for the finest race fans in the quadrant to report for duty.
