The RISE Fitness Experience

The RISE Fitness Experience RISE is a group excercise class similar to spinning but done on a stairmaster. RISE creates a concert atmosphere with a video wall,lights and THX sound.

The simple fact is that by following this principal you will lose weight and get in shape... fast! This has been known for years. The problem is most people don't have the time nor do they find working out enjoyable. RISE incorporates all the things that work in fitness, eliminating the things that don't. We have made it so fun that the only way that you know you are working out is by the amount o

f sweat pouring off your body. Most exercise programs either incorporate good instruction, good programming or music. RISE not only has great motivating instructors and programming but the difference is that each class is driven by great music with an unbelievable sound system powered by Sonance. We also have added high definition video and lighting. It’s like working out at your favorite concert or night club. The atmosphere is so engaging that you find yourself working out harder without even realizing it, therefore reaching your fitness goals faster

The RISE Fitness Experience would like to thank everyone that participated in our fundraiser yesterday for Allie's Helping Hands who extend a helping hand and a listening heart to siblings of children with long term health conditions!!!! It was an absolute success and as a result we were able to make a difference in many lives!! The day was filled with so much love and it was truly a honor and a blessing for RISE to be a part of such a good cause!!! We are so blessed with such an amazing community, thank you again!!!
