Monday, May 25th (Memorial Day), we will be OPEN (morning hours only) and taking on the MURPH workout in honor of our fallen heroes.
For those who may not know, Murph is a workout consisting of:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups (or modifications)
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
(You can break the reps up as needed)
We’ll have multiple class times available so you can complete the workout, be sure to book your class in advance!
This is a challenging workout, but we’ve got you covered. We’ll provide options for all fitness levels to help you push through:
Pull-ups can be assisted with bands
TRX rows or dumbbell rows as alternatives
Push-ups and squats can be scaled as needed
