Hi friends and supporters. ❤️
I know it’s been a long time, and I am so sorry. It has been a hard and long three months since our sweet baby boy, Kade, went to be with Jesus, and I’m just now forcing myself to begin functioning again.
Thank you for hanging on with us, for your patience, love, prayers, and support. It means more than you know. ❤️
All gift certificates will be honored through the end of next year.
We also have 4 public yoga classes remaining through the end of this year! Grab a few friends, come spend some time with us, and check them out. We’d love to see you. 🧘‍♀️❤️

Thank you for the continuous support! 💚💛

We are still here! I am hoping to get some classes scheduled this week for the fall. We love you and appreciate each one of you!

Since we went to 5 days a week at Sammi's Sandwiches at Norbs. We have not been able to contribute to the community in the way we used to.
Kade was my Cousins son, and what these boys are going through losing their best friend is tragic. Through tragedy greatness arises.
These boys stepping up to help their best buds family giving away food for donation only really touched me.
So I made some calls got a bunch of donations to give to these boys and this wonderful cause.
So if your up near Alhambra on Saturday the 11th. Stop by eat a dog or two make a donation and just enjoy the community coming together for this wonderful family. I promise you will feel better when you leave.

We have two goat yoga classes coming up:

🐐 May 30 — 9AM Wellness Way Spa in O’Fallon
🐐 June 14 — 9AM Bethalto Farms Market

I’ve made the difficult decision to take a couple months off. This has honestly been such a hard choice because Goat Yoga helps pay our bills, but right now I truly need time to grieve, rest, and try to heal.

I hope you all understand. ❤️ Over the next few weeks, I’ll have some of our September classes posted.

I am really struggling, and our family could truly use all the prayers, love, and support right now.

We do have some amazing friends stepping in to help run these next two classes, so please help us spread the word and get these classes filled!

We have had an unexpected unimaginable loss. Goat Yoga southern Illinois is by no means going anywhere. Our family just needs a little time to cope and process and navigate life without our sweet baby boy Kade. If I don’t get back with messages or emails right away know I promise I will!
