Goat Yoga of Southern IL

We have two goat yoga classes coming up:

🐐 May 30 — 9AM Wellness Way Spa in O’Fallon
🐐 June 14 — 9AM Bethalto Farms Market

I’ve made the difficult decision to take a couple months off. This has honestly been such a hard choice because Goat Yoga helps pay our bills, but right now I truly need time to grieve, rest, and try to heal.

I hope you all understand. ❤️ Over the next few weeks, I’ll have some of our September classes posted.

I am really struggling, and our family could truly use all the prayers, love, and support right now.

We do have some amazing friends stepping in to help run these next two classes, so please help us spread the word and get these classes filled!

We have had an unexpected unimaginable loss. Goat Yoga southern Illinois is by no means going anywhere. Our family just needs a little time to cope and process and navigate life without our sweet baby boy Kade. If I don’t get back with messages or emails right away know I promise I will!

What an absolute beautiful weekend. Thank you to those who joined us. Yesterday we joined The Highland woman’s and We raised $500 for the Cancer care closet! THANK YOU!

Then off to a private event these ladies are so special and it’s always a pleasure to get to serve you.

This afternoon a fantastic class at the amazing Pere Marquette Lodge is so beautiful. See you again in September!

Y’all the AMAZING people we meet at all our classes I just have no words. You all truly are the most amazing people. Really I need them maybe more then they need the baby goats 🥰🥰 please share photos from this weekends classes.

Help💥Can I be honest? I’m sharing this from the bottom of my heart. I was really hoping to be a strong support for the Highland Women’s Club and help raise funds for the Cancer Care Closet—something that means so much to me personally after my niece was diagnosed with neuroblastoma at just three years old.

Right now, our class this Saturday only has a handful of tickets sold, 😩and I could really use your help. If you’ve attended before and know how uplifting and impactful it can be, please consider sharing the event so others can see it.
If you’re busy or can’t attend, sharing this post would mean a lot.

Hello friends just wanted to stop in and say HELLO. Even though we are on our off season for Goat yoga life has been none stop. I just wanted to get on and say thank you! For such a great 2025 year. You all made it so amazing!
