A little refresh is coming to the schedule. ✨

You’ll start seeing some new class names at True — but if you’re already a member, don’t worry: your favorite classes aren’t going anywhere.

Same method. Same movement. Same classes you already know and love.

We simply gave them names that better reflect what you’ll actually experience in each session — so whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or you’re booking your very first class, it’s easier to find the movement your body is looking for.

Meet the new True Movement class lineup.

Which one sounds like your new favorite?

You can be doing all the “right” things and still feel like your body isn’t moving the way you want it to.

You’re active. You’re consistent. You’re strong.

But maybe your back feels stiffer than it used to. Getting up off the floor takes a little more effort. Your hips or shoulders don’t move as freely. And you start wondering how that can be true when you exercise all the time.

That’s exactly what she was experiencing.

She didn’t need to work harder. She needed a different approach to movement.

At True, we help you build stability, mobility and strength together so the work you’re doing in class carries into the way you move through everyday life.

For her, that has meant moving more freely, getting up more easily and feeling better in her back.

Because the goal isn’t simply to be active.

It’s to have a body that supports the life you want to live.

If you’ve been exercising consistently but still feel stiff, restricted or like something is missing, come experience True.

Your better way to move might be different than you think.

The kids are back in school. The routines are starting to settle back in.

Now, maybe there’s finally a little more room for you.

To move.
To feel stronger.
To take care of your body.
To build a routine that actually feels good in this season of life.

And we want that routine to work with your real life, not compete with it.

So tell us: What class time would make it easiest for you to get to True consistently?

Your body deserves more than a workout.

It deserves thoughtful coaching.

It deserves instructors who are paying attention.

It deserves to be met where it is, not forced into a movement just because that is what is on the plan.

That is why what happens behind the scenes at True matters so much.

You may only see the 55 minutes you spend in class.

But before you ever step onto the Platform, our team is learning, practicing, asking questions, and refining how we teach.

The movement.
The cueing.
The modifications.
The progressions.
The why behind it.

Because every body that walks through our doors is different.

Different goals.
Different histories.
Different limitations.
Different confidence levels.
Different reasons for being here.

And you deserve to feel supported in all of that.

You deserve to understand what your body is doing and why it matters.

You deserve to feel safe trying something new.

You deserve to build strength without feeling like you have to push past what your body is telling you.

You deserve instructors who keep learning so they can keep helping you move better.

This is part of the True experience.

Not just the class you take.

The care behind it.

50 classes. A whole lot of commitment.

Today we’re celebrating Leslie and her 50th True Movement class!

Leslie is an inspiration to so many of us, not because fitting movement into her week is always easy, but because she keeps finding a way to make it a priority.

Most weeks, work has her traveling. So when she’s home, you’ll often find her doubling up on workouts to stay true to the commitment she made to herself.

That kind of consistency is powerful.

It’s not about having the perfect schedule. It’s about deciding that taking care of yourself deserves a place on the schedule you actually have.

Leslie, we are so proud of you and so grateful for the energy and sense of humor you bring into this community.

There was a theme in the studio today.

Different women. Different seasons of life. The same conversation.

A mom getting ready for her kids to go back to school.

She’s ready for life to slow down a little. Maybe even pause. But with that came the guilt of taking time for herself when there is always something else to do, especially while her kids are little.

A retiree who spent years putting everyone else first.

Her family. Her friends. Everyone who needed her.

Until one day she realized she didn’t really recognize herself anymore.

And a mother and daughter who have been through a season of health scares and just…life.

They finally decided it was time to prioritize themselves.

Somewhere along the way, taking care of ourselves became the thing we would get to after everything and everyone else was taken care of.

And I kept thinking about that today.

Because life doesn’t suddenly become less full.

There will always be someone who needs you.
Something that needs to get done.
Another season to get through.

Maybe the goal isn’t to wait until there is finally room for you.

Maybe you make the room.

Even if it’s just an hour.

You belong on your list, too.

And today was a pretty beautiful reminder of why this place exists.

You’re not working on mobility just to get better at mobility.

You’re doing it so reaching overhead feels easier.

So you can get down to the floor and back up.

So your hips and spine move the way you want them to.

So you can travel, play, train, work, and live without constantly thinking about what your body can’t do.

The movement you practice today becomes the movement you get to keep tomorrow.

And when you pair mobility with stability and strength, you’re building a body that’s ready for more of the life you want to live.

What’s something you want your body to keep doing for years to come?

08/10/2026

The hardest part of a first class is usually everything that happens before you walk through the door.

The overthinking. The ‘what if I can’t do it?’ The fear that everyone else will know what they’re doing.

Here’s what we want you to know: we expect you to be new.

We’ll show you the Platform. We’ll explain the movements. We’ll give you options. And we’ll meet your body where it is that day.

You are not behind. You are beginning.

Somewhere along the way, a lot of us learned that a workout only counted if we were drenched, exhausted, or so sore we could barely move the next day.

But the goal changes when you start thinking about the next 10, 20, 30 years.

Can your body support your life? Can you get stronger without feeling beat up? Can you keep moving, traveling, lifting, playing, and doing the things you love?

That is the kind of strength I care about now.

Strong enough for your life. Mobile enough to enjoy it.

Save this if your relationship with exercise has changed.
