Yes, we’re closing up shop. You heard right.

After 7.5 years we’ve made the tough decision to close this chapter and move to the next journey.

We are eternally grateful for everyone who *ever* called Ardent Fitness and CrossFit Algonquin your home for fitness. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
