ing healthy. With an extensive background as an athlete, even myself fell victim to the party's, the late nights, the eating fast food for the means of convenience. From the years 2010-2016 I had put on 60lbs, was extremely out of shape, and ate anything in site. This is what I feel makes me different from most weight loss coaches out there, IVE BEEN THERE!!!! I understand how stuck you feel and that the hole is too deep to get out of, so why even try.... THATS NOT THE CASE!!! I want to show you it's possible, I want to give and teach you the tips and tricks I used to get me out of that hole and get my life back and become a healthier and happier you!!! It's not all about walking on a treadmill, the errands you have to do for the day count as movement, so.... add steps to your shopping. Makes it MUCH simpler and less boring. It's not about perfect, it's about consistent. Keep showing up.

Taking it one day at a time. Go at your own pace. Competition with you and only you, everything else is just noise and distractions.

Most people quit during the adjustment phase.

New macros. New meal structure. New workouts. New habits.

This picture kinda breaks my heart, but it’s also the most honest snapshot of where we’re at right now.

For months people were cheering for RFK to “shut down Big Pharma,” “defund big pharma,” “expose the corruption,” blah blah blah…

…but the SAME people will sprint to the clinic the second a Big Pharma-sourced GLP-1 gets advertised for weight loss.

Empty gyms.
Packed GLP-1 clinics.
That’s the reality.

And let’s be brutally honest: unless you’re 500–600 lbs and at immediate medical risk, you do not need the drug. You want the shortcut. You want the weight gone without having to change a damn thing about your habits. And that’s exactly why these companies never lose, because people don’t want ownership, they want outsourcing.

Most of the folks lining up for these shots aren’t fixing their diet.
Aren’t learning how to eat.
Aren’t training.
Aren’t building a healthier lifestyle.

They just want the appearance of health without the work that creates real health.

That’s not a solution.
That’s a Band-Aid on an amputated arm.
It ain’t gonna do s**t long-term.

If anything, this image proves a sad truth:

People don’t actually hate Big Pharma.
They just hate being uncomfortable.

If you want real, meaningful, long-lasting weight loss, it’s still the same formula it’s always been:
👉 Show up
👉 Move your body
👉 Eat like an adult
👉 Build habits
👉 Stay consistent

There’s no injection for discipline.
But there is a gym.
And it’s always empty.
