ead around the concept that life can change in an instant, I realized that the most important benefit that I can give through strength training, is the ability to continue to do the things you love with the people that you love! Ultimately, we train and improve our health so we can live the best quality of life that we can, and show up better for ourselves and others! And a bonus: while getting sweaty, you're also helping to support local, expecting (to Heaven or earth) and loss families. 10% of all proceeds go to Caden's Farm Memorial Fund, an endowment fund we set up in partnership with the KRHC Foundation.

We put some reassurances in place, like the bassinet right next to my side of the bed (which we didnโ€™t have room for in our old house), the owlet sock, set the alarm for 3 hours so we feed timely, then pray + give the fear to Him + close our eyes.

โœจ Commitment to work.
Last time around I didnโ€™t completely turn off my responsibilities. This time I planned differently. Now, if I have time there are definitely things I can do (i.e. our new CEC course and what seems like 1 mil demo videos๐Ÿคช), but thereโ€™s no pressure, which allows my brain to be fully present where I want it to be. ๐Ÿฉต

โœจ โ€œOptimalโ€ meals.
Of course we still work to nourish well, but most importantly, I want to eat ENOUGH! Last time I did not (not because I was trying to lose weight or anything, I just wasnโ€™t thoughtful about it).

โœจ โ€œI can do it all myselfโ€ mentality.
Instead Iโ€™m opening myself up more to support, requests to helpโ€ฆ bring it on! ๐Ÿ˜‚ We decided not to shy away this time! Nor do we expect to get everything done that we originally did before Bentley. Again, we prioritize.
