Apparently when our little buddy Colton is not busy catching fish with captain Tyler he’s hunting trophy whitetails!! Colton’s mom Jessica sent us this awesome photo last night of Colton’s successful youth hunt! We love seeing these kids active in the outdoors. Good luck to all the youth hunters this weekend. Gail Force sportfishing has a full time position open on the Mad Russian for the 2025 season.
We are looking for a deck hand /first mate. This is a full time dedicated position as the Russian fishes 7 days a week.
Qualifications:
At least 16 with a valid drivers license.
Good work ethics and a willingness to learn.
Background in fishing or some minimal experience, we will train the right person but experience is a plus.

Job duties:
Helping the captain with setting and retrieval of rods on the trip
Cleaning of the fish
Helping with cleaning of the boat after trips are done.
Talking with and tending to customers.
