Reminder to our Members- - This is a holiday week. Karate Classes will run as scheduled for today and tomorrow (Monday and Tuesday). Classes will resume next week on Monday, 12/1, per the regular schedule. Wishing all of our members and families a very Happy Thanksgiving !!

RIP to one of the greatest martial arts masters of all time, Sensei Devorah Yoshiko Dometrich. My friend, teacher, mentor... we agreed to disagree on some things, but never did we disagree on martial arts quality. You are the teacher of my heart and you will live there forever. I bow to you with respect, always.
