Our Fall HitTrax League is coming!
Starting Sundays, September 20! Enjoy game experiences with your friends!

5-weeks with a Simple format.
Weeks 1 - 4: Score as many runs as you can.
Week 5: Bracket championships with seeding based on runs scored in regular season.
$99 for the team.

The American Baseball Coaches Association has some outstanding videos on their YouTube channel. I like this one A LOT! I see hitters at all levels load, stride, and put themselves into poor hitting positions. This coach from the Kansas City Royals does a great job of explaining this drill and why it is so important for all hitters.
