Today’s Ladies MuayThai class was hotter than usual and we loved every minute of it! 🔥

One of my favorite things about our women’s classes is seeing everyone arrive early, hang out, stretch, chat, and prepare together before putting in the work. The training is tough, but the energy, encouragement, and laughter make it so much fun.

At 1Up MuayThai Academy, we’re building more than strong fighters, we’re building a strong community of women who support, motivate, and help each other reach their goals.

Tonight’s Pilates class was full of men, and they quickly discovered what many people don’t realize. Pilates is challenging. Expect muscles to shake, core engagement like you’ve never felt before, and a whole new level of body awareness.

What an incredible day at MDL! 🥊

Congratulations to all of our students who stepped into the ring today, especially our first-time competitors. We are so proud of each and every one of you for your courage, hard work, and willingness to challenge yourselves.

A huge thank you to all of the parents who came out to support and help throughout the day. Your encouragement means the world to our athletes and our team.

We’re also incredibly grateful for the students who stepped up to help take care of our younger team members. Moments like these remind us that we’re more than a gym. We’re a family.

Just a year and a half into this journey, it’s amazing to see how much our team continues to grow. Every event teaches us something new, and today we saw tremendous improvement, progress, and maturity from everyone involved.

Most importantly, you listened, supported one another, and helped make today productive, positive, and smooth from start to finish.

One of the best parts about what we do at 1Up MuayThai is being able to help our students in real time, whether it’s during class, before training, or after training.

Tight muscles? Random aches? Training soreness? We can address issues as they come up instead of waiting weeks for someone to finally get checked out.

Also… some patients laugh when they get dry needled apparently 🤷🏻‍♀️💀

We take training seriously, but we definitely know how to laugh through the process😂🙏❤️
