Saturday meeting up at the Oakland plantation.(4386.la.494). Meet at 8a. Tour ride of Cane River area. 22-25miles 13/15 mph cycling speed.stoping at some points of interest. Directions, Go north I-49 exit 127, stay right crossing HWY-1 continue La 494 for 5.3 miles . Oakland plantation on left, plenty of parking in big parking lot With restrooms.

Happening at the Small Beach area.
Megan Hope will be sharing her great Yoga moves with us. Also, River Paddle Rentals will be joining us with their paddle boards etc.. (weather permitting)
Grab a few friends and come on out…. We will have activities for all fitness levels!!

They will be doin a Indian Creek Triathlon practice as well.

We are in need of a few of you guys to work the Indian Creek Triathlon on Sunday June 12,2022.
This will sadly be the last year they will have this event.
