ANNOUNCING ***PERFORMANCE PILATES STUDIO*** POTOMAC YARDS/DEL RAY

PERFORMANCE PILATES STUDIO is a small boutique pilates studio for all ages, all bodies and all fitness levels. We are happy to bring our love of pilates to the community. Our studio has reformers, a pilates chair, pilates Cadillac, trx straps, jump boards, and arc barrels.
The studio is located off Route 1/Jeff Davis Hwy, 2 lights from Potomac Yards and a few blocks from Del Ray, next to Exxon...2316 Jefferson Davis Hwy.
Parking is free and easy. The lot is in front of the main entrance. The studio is convenient to METROWAY bus stops between Swann Ave and E Custis Ave. Braddock Road Metro is a 10-15 minute walk to the studio. 2316 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Alexandria, VA.
To kick off our new group class schedule, we will offer FREE pop up Reformer and Circuit Classes.

Classes will be offered 7 days a week. Weekday morning and evening classes, weekend morning classes. We also offer privates and duets by appointment. If you are new to pilates we recommend a packet of 3 privates (SPECIAL INTRO PACKET PRICING $135 FOR 3). If you have been doing pilates a while we recommend privates to gain a better understanding of various exercises and individual attention to focus on body movement.
