Thank you all for an incredible journey so far and being part of our community at Urban Evolution! As many of you have noticed, over time we have been shifting to something new as MindShift Gym. We're still the same community with the same classes and coaches that you know and love and we're making small improvements toward something new together. You might see us in new t-shirts and logo changes coming soon.

Hoop fitness class starts TONIGHT! Hoop dance is such a fun way to exercise. Our new Thursday class is at 5:15-6:15pm for teens/adults. No experience or intro is required. Students can enroll with a single drop-in or use their membership. Join us! 🤸

Please welcome Jules to our aerial silks team!

Julianna “Jules” Carroll started her aerial journey in 2014, when she saw someone perform aerial silks in a movie and thought that was the coolest thing she’d ever seen, so naturally she had to try it and immediately fell in love. In the years since, she’s had the opportunity to train aerial silks and rope with a variety of awesome people in Seattle, Los Angeles, Virginia, Hawaii, and Thailand. When she’s not in the air, she’s an engineer who loves to sew, go to comic con, play video games, and read romantasy novels while snuggling with her cats.

She currently teaches level 1 aerial silks classes for kids and adults. Be on the lookout for more of her classes as our schedule evolves!
