Thank you all for an incredible journey so far and being part of our community at Urban Evolution! As many of you have noticed, over time we have been shifting to something new as MindShift Gym. We're still the same community with the same classes and coaches that you know and love and we're making small improvements toward something new together. You might see us in new t-shirts and logo changes coming soon.

We thought now would be a good time to start fresh with a new page and invite you to please give us a follow on the new page and continue this journey together. More changes will be coming and we would love for you to stick with us.
