We are excited about our new partnership with Coach Christian and Zero Gravity Weightlifting to offer a stand alone Olympic Weightlifting program at CrossFit Kingstowne. 

Zero Gravity Weightlifting will be offering 2 additional class times on Mondays and Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (starting on 3 October) along with a formal Olympic program that will be available for an additional service fee.

* Current members can add this option for $60 in addition to their current membership plan.

* All non-members of CrossFit Kingstowne who wish to participate ONLY in the Olympic Weightlifting program will be able to do so for $120 per month.

* Online programming for members and non-members is available for a fee of $60.

* We will continue to offer/include our Sunday Barbell Club class at 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. as part of our unlimited membership package *
