Do you dream of building and growing a successful biz that is filled with clients who you love working with?

This is how I felt before I started my business.

But I was STUCK in a job working 5 to 6 days per week for someone else and only making $30k/year.

Often times, people assume that the best part about being a Small Business Coach must be setting my own hours or the flexibility.

TRUE or FALSE ? - You should keep your content broad so that you can attract as many clients as possible....

This is FALSE.

I know it may seem like the more broad your content is the more clients you'll attract, but that will actually do the opposite.

Then what's the truth?

The truth is that if you speak to everyone then you speak to no one. That saying that "the riches are in the niches" really is true. The more that you niche down, the more dream clients you'll attract.

Attention, small business owners! Let's tackle a common Instagram mistake:
🚨selling too much🚨

Overdoing self-promotion and selling comes off as salesy and pushy. And will actually repel potential clients away.

But don't worry, there's a practical solution! 👇🏻

Do you struggle to carve out time for yourself?

When you're an entrepreneur, it can be hard to feel like you have time to take care of yourself.

So often we're going at full steam, feeling like we have to do everything ourselves, and constantly pushing ourselves to get more done. This kind of behavior is actually detrimental to our health and well-being.

And it's not just our health that suffers—it's also our business. When we're exhausted and stressed out, it's much harder for us to make rational decisions about running our businesses.

And when we're not taking care of ourselves, we miss out on opportunities for growth because we are too busy being overwhelmed with work!

The good news is that there are several ways you can start incorporating self-compassion into your life today! Here are two:

1) Treat yourself with kindness when things go wrong. Instead of beating yourself up when something doesn't go the way you'd hoped or planned, give yourself permission to make mistakes—and then move on from those mistakes quickly so they don't hold you back from taking action again next time!

2) Stay present in your body when things get tough. When you feel stress coming on, take a deep breath and focus on your body—feel the air going in and out of your lungs; notice how tight your muscles feel; see if there's any tension in your jaw; feel your feet on the floor to help you feel grounded. You could also do a quick 1 minute breathwork meditation.
