Happy New Year! I am ready to start the year; how about you? My new year usually start with loads of good intentions for getting my workouts, eat better, start meditating, and generally be better at keeping to healthy habits and be more productive. I usually keep up for a month or so, then I let life get in the way and use it as an excuse to not do the things I need to do. Then I feel deflated and guilty. This year I'm getting back to Atomic Habits basics.... start with simple little changes and keep celebrating each small success. Our 6-week reset program will start mid January, so be on the lookout for the info. It's time to reset, reflect, and make small habit changes that last.
