It was another busy summer. Thank you to all my fishing clients that came out and fished again this year. The big boat is all put away for this year. My lund will be in till end of December if anyone still wants to fish, the boat shop is full for winter work. Feel free to post your big catch from my boat if I missed you. Thank you again to all my customers I’m very blessed. I’ll keep everyone posted on my winter projects when I start in November.

Work this fall and so far this winter has been on two st. Lawerence skiffs, One completed and one that will be done shortly, lots of ribs, and some planking on one. just awaiting some varnish on the inside for the 2nd skiff. And a 26 ft Lyman that has involved scarfing in ribs from the front of engine all the way to the stem. It will need a new forefoot and some planking upfront as well. Then the transom will need attention once the front is all back together. Been a busy winter. We also had a great fall on the ducks and banged up some geese back in September as well. Getting all caught up on one post.

Had 3 generations of papins aboard today, my good friends. Had a great day and a great shore lunch. Lucas helped me net his grandpas fish and even got to reel in one of his own. pretty impressive 3 year old. He also made sure no one went thirsty and he brought lots of snacks.

Wasn’t long before this picture was took I was told this customer had never caught a walleye. Few minutes later we stumbled upon a hungry one. There was lots of excitement. Large mouth and small mouth bass were caught through the rest of the day
