We want to clear up some misinformation regarding Koi/Goldfish at The TI Bait Store.

For 25+ years, The TI Bait Store has sold goldfish strictly for pond use only. We are properly certified to sell goldfish for pond purposes and are fully aware that it is illegal to use them as bait or release them into any body of water.

Every customer purchasing goldfish is informed by our staff that they are for pond use only, and signage is clearly posted in-store stating this as well.

We have worked directly with the DEC, and everything has been reviewed and confirmed to be fully compliant.
