We couldn't be prouder of these warriors! They stepped onto the mats at the ASJL National Championships and represented AKT Combatives Academy of Central Alabama with skill, determination, heart, and great sportsmanship.

Our team is coming home with multiple 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place National Championship finishes! 🥇🥈🥉

For many of these competitors, this is still very early in their martial arts journey, which makes what they accomplished on the national stage even more exciting. They trained hard, challenged themselves, and weren't afraid to step out there and put their skills to the test.

Medals and trophies are great, but we're even more proud of the way this team represented our academy supporting one another, showing respect to their opponents, and giving everything they had every time they stepped onto the mat.

A huge thank you to the American Sport Jujitsu League, the tournament hosts, organizers, officials, volunteers, coaches, competitors, and everyone involved in putting together a great National Championship event.

And most importantly, CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR AKT COMBATIVES NATIONAL CHAMPIONS! 🏆🇺🇸

We couldn't be more proud of everyone who stepped onto the mats this weekend at the Battle of Warriors tournament in Kentucky!

For several of our students, this was their very first tournament and after training for only a little over a month, they stepped up, faced tough competition, and represented AKT Combatives Academy of Central Alabama with courage, respect, and determination.

Our team brought home several 2nd and 3rd place finishes, but more importantly, every student gained valuable experience, built confidence, and proved to themselves that hard work pays off. Win or lose, it takes heart to step onto the competition mat, and every one of our competitors did exactly that.

Thank you to the ASJL, Warrior Martial Arts, the officials, coaches, volunteers, and all of the competitors for putting on a great event.

Congratulations to our entire team! We're incredibly proud of your effort, your sportsmanship, and the way you represented AKT Combatives Academy. This is only the beginning, We'll continue to Take Ground!
