Last Wednesday, a beloved member and friend suffered a massive heart attack and is currently fighting. Our community is rallying in prayer for him and his family.

We are standing on the promise of Jeremiah 17:14 —
“Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise.”

Today, we honored a hero. 🇺🇸

Over 125 members of the CrossFit Aledo community came together to take on Murph — not just as a workout, but as a tribute. On this Memorial Day, we moved with purpose, sweat with gratitude, and remembered those who gave everything so we could live freely.

Thank you to all who showed up — this community is something special, and days like today remind us why.

We will learn the basics of being aware and what to do in the event of the unthinkable.

This is open to the public, but women only.

This is the 3rd time we have done this event, and it's always been a success!

This is a great way to learn or refresh your knowledge and skills.

The tradition continues… here is the before and after, with a few in between. Congratulations to these guys for an amazing job tonight! They both showed up and gave it their all. It is difficult to be the first ones to do an Open WOD, let alone on a Thursday night at 7:30pm. Thank you Adam and Daniel for saying yes and showing us what it means to give it your all AND be humble at the same time! Thank you also to our community who showed up big to cheer them on!! Let the Open begin!
