The girl behind so much of the Connect magic! Kat is sweet, kind, effortlessly funny, and always knows how to make everything a little more fun (and a lot more aesthetic). ✨

She is as equally in love with New England as I am, she loves a Noah Kahan song anytime of day, and always has a good outfit ready to go. We love having her as part of our Connect family and I’ve loved getting to know her - and love that I can text her any crazy thoughts I have for Connect, and she immediately comes right back with a more polished and organized version! 🤎

It’s officially ready, and we are SO excited to open our doors next Saturday!

🔥 Sauna sessions will be available starting Saturday, September 12th

For now, we’ll be offering sauna sessions:

TUESDAY + THURSDAY
8 AM • 9 AM • 10 AM • 11 AM
4:45 PM • 5:45 PM

SATURDAY
8 AM • 9 AM • 10 AM • 11 AM

Come unplug, sweat it out, reset, and give yourself a little time to breathe. 🧖🏼‍♀️✨

When Allison isn’t in the studio, you can usually find her running, hunting down the best local food spots, or taking her corgi, Piper, on her next adventure. 🐶💕

Allison fell in love with Lagree because of the way it challenges both the body and the mind. She loves that feeling of finishing a tough class and realizing you’re capable of more than you thought.

As an instructor, Allison’s goal is to create a fun, supportive environment where you feel encouraged to push yourself, celebrate your progress, and leave feeling stronger and more confident than when you walked in.
