The Department has just announced that there are 30-35 Non-resident Elk Combination Licenses available.

The Alternate list has been exhausted and these are available first come first served. Call the Department Licensing section 1-406-444-2950 or go online to procure the license.

Housekeeper is responsible for the daily upkeep and cleanliness of all the public lodge buildings and guest accommodations. When the cleaning is completed, you may be required to help in other areas of the lodge (sweeping the decks or shoveling snow). Lodging and meals are in addition to wages and you may also gets tips from the guests. Cooks will prepare and serve dinner and may be asked to do some light housekeeping. Our kitchen is not a commercial kitchen! We cook home style and we are very strict about cleanliness and organization. All responsiblities of the cook's may be determined upon arrival (cleaning, stocking, cooking, dishes, and inventory).

We are currently looking for an outside maintenance person and a cook/housekeeper. If you know someone who is looking for a job please have them call the lodge!

For all of our customers we are now required by our Governor to wear face masks while in the lodge.

Lodge Cook 2 openings
Lodging and meals are in addition to wages and may have tips from clients. The Lodge Cook will prepare and serve dinner and do light housekeeping along with the breakfast cook.
Great clients to work with, most are repeat customers. We are strict about cleanliness and organization. Neither kitchen is commercial, home cooking is what we provide
We are not a commercial kitchen and all meals are served home style. All responsibilities of the lodge cooks will be determined upon arrival. For example, so duties may include stocking, cooking, dishes, inventory, and also some light housekeeping will be required.

Positions will continue to the end of the season or December 1, 2019. Small groups to cook for, usually less than 20.

Lodging, meals, and tips are in addition to your wages. Wages are higher for the Camp Cook position at $125 per day.

Great clients to work with, most are repeat customers. We are strict about cleanliness and organization. Neither kitchen is commercial, home cooking is what we provide.

The Camp Cook will ride into camp on the back of a horse. Chopping wood for the tents and carrying water for the cook tent, sweeping tents are part of the Camp Cook position. The Camp cook is responsible for all meals and cleanup at camp.
