FISHING REPORT: First things first, a little update on water conditions

I'm sure most of you have heard about the voluntary closure due to water temperatures on the North Platte. There seems to be a bit of confusion, so we thought we would try to give a little clarity to the situation. Here is where we are at as of today, 8/1/26: Miracle Mile, Fremont Canyon, and Grey Reef to Lusby are still open to fishing as usual. Lusby downstream to Dave Johnston is "fish early, be done by noon." As with any year at this time, please make sure to minimize fish handling and keep them in the water.

Lock in the lodge for 2027.

We have a few 2027 full lodge openings available to book now. The lodge accommodates 12 anglers in 6 guest rooms and includes great meals, guides and location. We also have a number of available lodge options for smaller groups. Call (307)237-1182 to discuss the best timing, availability and expectations for parties of 1 to 12 guests. Booking now and confirming your reservation with a deposit will lock in 2026 rates.
