Quick Update:
I’m still out with a torn hamstring/herniated disc and hoping to be back in action by February/March!

Months of Physical Therapy & THREE Ortho opinions and I’m still on the mend.
I definitely miss rockin’ with y’all and hope to see you in Spring πŸ’š
