What an incredible season! It may not have ended the way our Tornadoes wanted, but moving up a division, and facing new competition didn’t slow this team’s progress down one bit. So many things to be thankful for!

Let’s start with the Seniors… Parker, Miles, AO, Levi. You’ve been a part of this program for 4 years, and in that time have shaped an amazing turnaround. Your leadership, hard work and passion for this team will forever be etched in Tornado baseball history. And Callaway, you joined our family this season, pitched a memorable senior night, and were always there cheering this team on. Thank you, Seniors!

To the coaching staff. What you all put into this team is immeasurable. Not only do you shape the talents of these young men, you teach them through your leadership about what it takes to be successful role models both on the field and in life. This season was truly special because this team came to play every day, but without your guidance, success would not have been as easy. Thank you Coaches Dunn, Troutt, Eichman, Harris, Ridenour and of course, Worde.

Finally, to the families, friends and fans… your support of this program is unmatched. From minute one of game one, you all were there. For these young men, for the coaches and for each other. You’re all so very special. Thank you, thank you, thank you. What an amazing group.

On to next year.

GAME DAY! Tomorrow at Macon County, NOON CST. A win and we’re back at State!

Last night’s win put us in this spot. It was another stellar performance on the mound from Myles Cox. He went 3 and 2/3 innings, striking out 5. Parker Davis came in for the last one and 1/3 and struck out another 4 Macon County hitters.

The offense came out smoking. Our Tornadoes were once again led by Miles “Mikey” Watson who hit TWO 3 RUN BOMBS. Levi Spivey knocked two doubles and drove in 3 runs, Myles singled twice and drove in 3, Cory Hatcher singled twice and drove in a run, and Shawn Collins singled in a run as well. Brodie King added a double and Aden Orrick singled.

A HUGE win for the good guys. Let’s all come out tomorrow, cheer loud, and watch our guys head to State for the 3rd straight year! !
