Another incredible weekend of turkey hunting for the New Mexico youth hunt. We were on birds all weekend. After a couple misses on opening day Ricky was able to connect on this nice bird on Saturday.

What a week we had!!! We had a close call opening day and then the rain came in and didn’t really stop for 3 days. Finally on day 3 we were able to connect on a nice bull. Then we were able to go help out a buddy and his son get a bull. Congratulations to Edwina and Manuel on your first bull elk.

What an awesome weekend of turkey hunting we had for the youth hunt. Ricky was able to tag out on two nice Tom’s!!!! It’s always a great time when the whole family gets to experience it.
Now on to the regular season!!!
