Happy Show Day to Bikini Competitor

This is her second show of the year, first having been OCB bikini in March.

She held steady after her first show to keep at it for 6 more weeks and absolutely nailed it.

To prep for a bodybuilding show while being an extremely busy mother who also works full time is quite the difficult task, but she powered through!

She is a true example of the saying, “You can do anything you set your mind to!”

3 tips for navigating the holiday while being on a journey:

-ENJOY food- just be mindful! Try to prioritize having protein on your plate followed by mindful servings of sides

-Stay on top of being hydrated and get in some movement when you can! Go for a nice little stroll outside after your delicious meal or in between family settings

- ENJOY yourself with your friends and family- positive energy is important. Remember that tomorrow is never guaranteed, so enjoy TODAY!
