“I used to…” be obsessed with fitness and nutrition…and then life changed-bad then good (39-46 yrs old, a 7 year timeframe where I hit perimenopause & menopause & stress fell on me like a heavy bag of 💩
“Then I changed, and pivoted in every part of life…”
“And NOW I…” get to do what I love in the gym God led me to create, helping other men and women level up in all areas of their lives. I have peace, I have a great marriage, PLUS I get to watch our community grow and encourage each other! 🔥🙏🏼

Our first challenge that kicked off at our grand opening celebration had a winner!!! By using our body scanner, we tracked progress for 8 weeks of all participants and ROBIN, who is 53 and signed up for her 2nd Spartan race next year at Mt Fuji (Japan), has big goals of gaining more muscle. She did just that and total body fat percentage combined with percent of muscle gain put her in the lead for the final win!!
I love that Robin comes in even when she is a busy business owner herself; she challenges herself, pushing hard and participates in our group fitness workouts, encouraging others and always willing to learn!! Sweating, laughing, and being her barely over 5 foot fiesty self! We love and appreciate you, Robin!!! Thank you for jumping in and joining our gym right off the bat!!! ❤️💪🏼🔥

(Drop in fee is $10!)
•8-9am HIIT & Heal (w/ Cara)… High intensity class…the time FLIES because we have so much fun!!
•9:30-10:20am Praise & Groove (with Alena) Fast paced choreography but easy to catch on!!
•11-11:50am Worship & Wellness (Holy yoga/stretching w/ Sarah) PREMIER 1x monthly event & will focus on helping with hot flashes/menopause symptoms!!

Join us for a fun “Mommy & Me” group fitness class for mommas with babies 2 and under, led by Jasmyn Denae 🔥 You will meet other local moms, get some movement and training in, and include your little one throughout the time! Tomorrow (Wednesday) from 9:30am - 10:30am.
