Get ready to kick off 2026 with us! We are thrilled to announce the continuation of our popular strength training class, specifically tailored for beginners and those looking to gently re-enter the world of strength training. Our next session will begin on Thursday, January 8th, 2026, at 4:00 PM. This class is perfect for individuals who are curious about building strength but have never tried it before, or for those who may feel a bit apprehensive about starting. It's also an excellent option for those who have taken a break from strength training and are eager to ease back into it in a supportive and encouraging environment. Here are the essential class details:

* Investment:The cost is $310 (inclusive of all taxes) for the entire 12-week session.
* Class Time: We meet every Thursday at 4:00 PM.

* Location:We'll be inside the dynamic space of SAGA Gymnastics, conveniently located at 3400 Candelaria Road NE.

We invite you to join our training program for New Mexico's inaugural Ironman 70.3 event! Our training commences on January 11th and extends through the race July 12th. Whether you are a first-time participant or an experienced athlete, this comprehensive program is designed to assist you in achieving your objectives.
